Galaxy Camp blends art and science. When you picture outer space—planets, stars, constellations, rockets—you might also imagine aliens and UFOs. Let your imagination soar.
We will make Galaxy jars, rocket ships, moon rocks and a felted solar system with roving.
We enjoy a read-aloud at the end of the camp morning. We will read Moon Man, by Tomi Ungerer, among other favorites.
Wear clothes that can get messy and a sense of wonder.
Heather Exley teaches this camp for ages 4–12 .
